QT Technologies Appoints Melissa Morales as Chief Financial Officer
Dallas, TX--November 20, 2006--QT Technologies, the leader in real time data solutions for the petroleum industry, announced its appointment of Melissa Morales as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 20, 2006.
"Ms. Morales has a proven track record of providing exemplary financial leadership," said William Conley, CEO of QT Technologies. "Her strategic business judgment, experience in high growth environments, and valuable insight will be great assets to QT Technologies."

Ms. Morales was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of BillMatrix Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fiserv Inc., the premier provider of electronic bill payment systems for consumers and businesses. BillMatrix offers a comprehensive suite of services including the processing of credit, debit, ATM and ACH payments. She was responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting as well as human resources and administrative functions. Prior to BillMatrix, Ms. Morales was employed by Thomas Group, Inc., a publicly-held management consulting company, serving as Vice President of Finance. Ms. Morales also served as an auditor and senior auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Ms. Morales earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
