A ‘Perfect Storm’ for QT Technologies at NPGA Southeastern
Innovative Technology, Avid Clients and Propane Industry VIPs Come Together in
Downtown Atlanta
Dallas, TX – March 28, 2008 – QT Technologies, an innovator across the petroleum industry, will be showcasing its mobile resource management services at the NPGA’s 2008 Southeastern Convention and International Propane Expo in Atlanta, Georgia this weekend. The tornado that swept through the downtown area of Atlanta on March 14th damaged a portion of the event’s venue, but QT will be at the relocated site providing live demonstrations of its productivity enhancing technology to the propane industry’s best and brightest people.
The QT service utilizes in-cab computer terminals communicating with the QT Data Center over the cellular networks to manage all aspects of propane delivery – optimized schedules, GPS-based route mapping, real-time inventory control and on-site payment processing. Back office integration with a client’s existing systems completes the productivity enhancement cycle.
“Our propane clients, the small companies with a few trucks as well as the larger enterprises have seen tremendous improvements in their delivery efficiency,” said Jerry Portocalis, President and CEO of QT Technologies. “With the continuing challenge of record petroleum prices, getting more from your existing assets is a focus for everyone. I’m looking forward to getting our clients together with others in the business to share their stories at this important industry event.”
All attendees are welcome to join in live demonstrations of the QT service in the Liquid Controls booth (#813) on the expo floor on Sunday, March 30th and Monday March 31st.
Now entering its 58th year, the Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expohasgrown beyond a regional tradeshow to attract several thousand delegates from around the world. Over the course of three days, this annual event will bring together more than 3,000 participants from over 25 countries around the world.
