QT Technologies Showcases Aviation Industry Qualified Rates Program
Sole Provider of Unique Service Reduces Payment Costs for FBOs

Dallas, TX - January 3, 2007 - QT Technologies, leveraging its position as the aviation industry's primary petroleum technology provider, will be showcasing reduced processing costs for self-service credit card transactions at the NBAA Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. The QT-exclusive Qualified Rates Program allows branded Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) of oil companies that participate to be able to substantially reduce the cost of offering this common payment method at self-service fuel terminals, resulting in higher margins and improved customer service.

"We combined our proprietary technology and processes with several industry partnerships to bring this program to fruition," said Jerry Portocalis, President of QT Technologies. "Since our initial announcement of its availability in October 2006, we have seen strong interest from our aviation client base. Every dealer is looking for ways to affordably address the consumer expectation that fuel can be purchased with major credit cards. I am pleased that we continue to offer innovations that help keep our clients operating efficiently."

The NBAA Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference (January 22-24) is one of business aviation's premier events with a large exhibit hall, a strong selection of educational sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities with over 2,000 aviation industry participants. QT Technologies can be found in Booth #822.
