GPS-based Real-time truck & Cart tracking with optimized dispatch
Using GPS tracking, you will know where each of your trucks or carts are located at any time, anywhere on the airport grounds.
In addition, the optimized dispatching capability of the QT Productivity Engine allows you to respond efficiently to new fuel orders while your trucks are serving other customers. Based on the product or service to be delivered and your trucks’ current/projected inventories and location, the system determines the best truck to complete each new or updated order. The QT Data Center can automatically download that order to the best truck's terminal or it can provide your dispatch personnel with a recommendation of the best truck for the dispatcher to take action. In either case, once the details of the order are communicated to the truck’s terminal, the fuel technician will be notified of the change and will acknowledge it. This optimized dispatch minimizes truck fuel costs, maximizes delivery efficiency and improves your customer service.
For hydrant carts, the on-board GPS tracking functionality ensures that you know where each cart is on the airport grounds - in service on the tarmac, in a maintenance bay or enroute between locations. The QT Productivity Engine's dispatch functionality is integrated with the flight information data systems as well as the airline systems. This ensures that the handheld device for the technicians using carts have all of the flight data at their fingertips before fueling begins.
For any out of Air Traffic Control areas, the fueling technicians can get turn-by-turn audible directions from the GPS functionality, ensuring the optimal driving route is followed to the destination.
